The Center julian cutter assembly is fitted with mechanical cutter, servo drive, gear boxes and servo motor.
There is 1 ultrasonic cutter fitted to portion the dough with inclusion at ease without deshaping the products.
The machine is fitted with an additional hopper to deposits Jeera/Ajwain/Dry-fruits on top of the cookies.
The machine is also fitted with pressing rollers to simply press or make design on top
The machine is also fitted with Liquid / Milk applicator on top of the cookies
The machine can handle any kind of dough with lots of fruits and dry fruit tit-bits, with water or without water.
