The Bowl descends & sits on the floor; It can then be taken to the Machine.There are three cutters fitted to portion the dough. (vertical, horizontal & strip cutter.)

The machine is fitted with additional hopper to deposit Jeera/ Ajwain/ Dryfruits on top of the cookies.
The machine is also fitted with pressing roller to simply press or make design on top.
The machine is also fitted with Liquid / Milk applicator on top of the cookies.
The machine can handle any kind of dough with lots of fruits and dry fruit tit-bits, with water or without water.
The machine is fitted with automatic tray loader & panning. Tray length can be variable.
The machine works with accuracy and perfection.
